Privacy and data practices
Personalized AI plans are optional. Only after you opt in, Cloudflare Workers AI processes your problem, category, desired outcome, who needs help, prior steps, state, and timing/safety answers. Separate name and email fields are excluded from that request. Avoid entering identifying details in the problem fields. Names are added locally. Without AI consent, a personalized template is available. Saving a plan or requesting contact is a separate choice. Emails require review before sending.
What we collect
To prepare your preview, the app processes your situation, goal, category, who needs help, prior actions, state, date, safety answer and optional name. Your separate name is excluded from AI requests. Your email and chosen plan, reviewed draft and follow-up details are saved only if you submit the optional save request.
How it is used
To generate a plan, store a draft copy if asked, or open a private case if you request follow-up. Advocacy 101 sends your submitted question, optional location, and selected family resource guides to Cloudflare Workers AI to draft an answer. The app does not save these questions as cases or send private staff records to the model. Previous questions are not automatically included. Avoid identifying details.
Where it is stored
This pilot stores saved requests in AdvocateDad’s Cloudflare account. Requested plan emails are queued for staff review and sent only after individual approval.
